Why I started the Business
We founded Ideal School in the fall of 2018 because we know how important dual language immersion is, and we believed that the world’s parents needed an alternative to traditional education. Our vision was to connect North America to South America in the world’s first LIVE dual language immersion online school. We now have HUNDREDS of students enrolled from 20+ countries on 4 continents. We are an approved ESA vendor in the state of Arizona.

About Me
Eric Franzen is the co-founder and director of Ideal School. Prior to building Ideal School in the fall of 2018, he was a building administrator and a teacher in public school systems in Washington State. He resides in the Seattle area with his wife, two children, and two adopted Chihuahua mix dogs. He loves to travel, learn new languages, and is dedicated to servant leadership.
