Antoinette Mendez, a certified school counselor and Arizona native, is wholeheartedly devoted to youth development. With a foundation in after-school programs, she holds degrees in Human Service Management and Education School Counseling. Antoinette boasts over two decades of educational experience, having served as a college-level financial aid advisor and, for nine years, as a high school counselor, guiding students toward life after graduation. The challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic ignited in her a renewed vigor and passion to foster generational wealth.
In 2022, she established Mission to Transition, LLC, providing college and career planning services to underserved students, bridging the gap for those with limited access to navigate the college admissions process. Antoinette recently authored the “Discover Your Path: Unlocking Your College and Career Potential” activity book, designed to introduce essential college and career literacy to students as early as sixth grade, steering them towards social and economic success. DYP is the first of a 3 part series and a new line of college and career literacy educational products.
Recognized for her innovative teaching and leadership, Antoinette is deeply committed to enhancing youth wellness through education and outreach. Outside of work, she cherishes moments with her family and actively engages in mentoring and volunteering within various organizations and ministries.
