Numbers Ninja provides K–8 Virtual Math Tutoring. 1:1 and small groups, Montessori-inspired and aligned to Arizona & Common Core Standards. Sessions are offered virtually live on Zoom. This gives your child a sense of independence while building overall confidence for future educational career. Diagnostics, Personalized Plans, Homeschool Support, and Progress Updates Weekly.
Why I started the Business
Math appeals to me precisely because many learners find it challenging. There is an enormous and growing need for math intervention. I’m committed to removing the stigma and bringing the joy back to math. My own curiosity was reignited through Montessori, and I’ve seen how mastering a skill transforms confidence—first as a special-education paraeducator, then in the culinary world, and now as a Montessori-trained instructor. I founded Numbers Ninja to blend hands-on exploration with standards-aligned instruction, creating a calm, focused environment where math finally clicks and feels relevant to everyday life.

About Me
I’m Avoline, a Montessori educator with a master’s degree in education and a background in elementary curriculum design here to solve the elementary math problem. More importantly, a numbers ninja!
Over the last decade I’ve taught and developed K–8 materials that move concrete → representational → abstract, integrate practical life (budgeting, cooking, measurement, data), and honor diverse learners. My sessions are structured, warm, and results-focused—with clear goals, joyful practice, and quick parent updates so you always know how your child is growing.
