In this class students will learn the basics of gestural drawings building to contour drawings to develop value drawings. It will teach students how to sight, measure and angle to create accuracy in their still life drawings while exploring a variety of media. The basics of one and two-point perspective will be covered briefly as well. The second half of the course will focus on color theory, and learning to make just the right color as seen in life working from primaries in acrylic.
