? Grace and Growth Empowers Young Girls with Confidence and Community

San Tan Valley, AZ – Grace and Growth, a newly launched empowerment program for homeschooled girls ages 5–12, is opening its doors this October 1st to provide a safe, inspiring space where confidence and self-esteem can bloom. Founded by Demetra Abrams, a child therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children, Grace and Growth is designed to help young girls build positive self-image, develop friendships, and learn valuable life skills.

Classes are held three days a week, choose your day Wednesday, Thursday or Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and include journaling, circle time, creative activities, and a “treasure chest” reward system to celebrate effort and growth. The program also invites special guest speakers, such as nail technicians teaching self-care and professionals sharing lessons in kindness, creativity, and healthy living.

Parents are also supported through a resource table, offering local family connections, guides, and helpful information to strengthen the home learning environment.

Grace and Growth was created to give girls a space where they feel seen, heard, and empowered. This program is about more than just classes  it’s about planting seeds of confidence that will grow for years to come.

Enrollment is now open. Tuition is $150 per month, and the program proudly accepts ESA funding. For more information, visit www.grace-n-growth.com or call 480-494-3645.
