At Mesquite High School this year, our Talent Acquisition Manager, Christine Knight, got to see firsthand how students gain confidence when they’re taught how to dress the part, speak clearly, and understand the job they’re applying for.

In this article, I break down key tips for teen job-seekers—from building a portfolio to mastering the interview mindset. Because as I always say: a resume gets you the interview, but the interview gets you the job.
